enumerate() -> EventSetOrNode
Create an int64
feature with the ordinal position of each event in an
EventSet
.
Each index group is enumerated independently.
Usage
>>> a = tp.event_set(
... timestamps=[-1, 2, 3, 5, 0],
... features={"cat": ["A", "A", "A", "A", "B"]},
... indexes=["cat"],
... )
>>> b = a.enumerate()
>>> b
indexes: [('cat', str_)]
features: [('enumerate', int64)]
events:
cat=b'A' (4 events):
timestamps: [-1. 2. 3. 5.]
'enumerate': [0 1 2 3]
cat=b'B' (1 events):
timestamps: [0.]
'enumerate': [0]
...
